Stüssy offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar durable packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
